Clinical Leadership Programme

Please note that applications for the 2019-2020 Clinical Leadership Programme are now closed and the programme is now full. We will be running the programme again in 2020 - please look out for more information. If you are a member of this year's programme, please log in above to your account as normal and click on 'CLP Info' next to your name.
The Wound Care Today Clinical Leadership Programme (CLP) is an exclusive opportunity for clinicians with a passion for making positive change in preventing and healing chronic wounds to gain mentorship and support from Wound Care Today and L&R.
The CLP includes a free two-day event on 24-25 September 2019 at the L&R headquarters in Burton on Trent (accommodation, meals and refreshment will be provided).  Focusing on leg ulcer management and personal development, the event will be run by specialists giving you the tools to implement clinical pathways, teach you how to share best practice as well as other practical skills and personal development skills such as how to get yourself published and presentation workshops.
As a member of the CLP you will be offered support when needed throughout the year from Wound Care People and L&R as well as a space at the Wound Care Today conference in Milton Keynes on 26-27 February where you may even get chance to present if you wish!

What is it?

This exciting new initiative, the Clinical Leadership Programme, has been developed by Wound Care Today in partnership with L&R to provide a personal development opportunity to support clinicians to become woundcare leaders of the future.

The programme not only offers online education, support and other resources throughout the year, but is also hosting a unique two-day event on 24–25 September 2019 at the L&R UK headquarters in Burton-upon-Trent.

Those accepted will be encouraged and supported to complete individual learning activities before the two-day event.
