Getting there


Travelling by Car

The Stadium is located 7 minutes from Junction 13, M1 and 10 minutes from Junction 14. Follow the brown directional road signs for Stadium MK when using the A5 or A421.

Car Parking

Marshall Arena has 1,450 parking spaces available, car parks S1 and S2 are the closest to the entrance of Wound Care Today.

PLEASE NOTE: NEW FOR 2024 – PARKING CHARGES
Car parking at Stadium MK has now been taken over by a third party, MK1 Parking Limited and is now chargeable. Wound Care Today has been offered a negotiated rate of £5 for 12 hours parking (reduced from £10). Further details on how to claim the negotiated rate can be found here.

Travelling by Train

The nearest train station is Bletchley, located 1.5 miles and a 5 minute taxi journey from the Stadium (or a 30 minute walk). Milton Keynes Central is a 7 minute taxi journey from the Stadium.

Travelling by Bus

There is a bus from Milton Keynes Central Train Station that departs at 5 minutes and 35 minutes past the hour to Grafton Street, located adjacent to the Stadium. Buses depart from Grafton Street back into Milton Keynes at 13 and 43 minutes past the hour.

If you require overnight accommodation, we advise that you book as soon as possible to secure availability and discounted rates.

The most convenient hotel is the DoubleTree by Hilton Milton Keynes, located onsite and within a short walk to the Conference venue. The DoubleTree also offers Wound Care Today attendees a special Conference rate.

What are the opening times of Wound Care Today?
Wound Care Today is a 2 day event, doors open both days at 8.30am. On Wednesday 6 March the Conference closes at 6.00pm and on Thursday 7 March the Conference closes shortly after 4.00pm.

Are refreshments provided?
In addition to your free attendance, we are pleased to offer morning and afternoon tea and coffee breaks, and a packed lunch grab bag. We try to accommodate most dietary requirements, please let us know of any allergies when you register.

Do I need a ticket or a badge?
No, as long as you have registered to attend online please just come along.

We operate a check-in registration system without tickets or badges as part of our more sustainable approach to events. Please do however feel free to bring your work badge along to wear at the conference should you wish.

Do I need to tell you what day or days I am attending Wound Care Today?
Yes please, this enables us to organise refreshment requirements. Let us know your plans when you register, you can also make any alternations to your booking any time by logging into your account. 

Will there be somewhere to store my luggage?
Yes, there will be a free cloakroom facility as you enter the registration area.
Are all areas accessible for persons with limited mobility?
Yes, there is a lift to all areas of the Conference. Please ask one of the Event Team for directions.

Do I need to book onto Skills Zones sessions?
No, seats will be allocated on a first come first served basis. Each session will be repeated a number of times each day so there is plenty of opportunity for you to participate within each zone.

How do I keep up to date on Conference Information?

Will there be a conference app?
Yes, this will contain all of the Conference information that you will need during your visit to Wound Care Today. You can also network with peers through the App and make appointments to visit our exhibiting partners. Details on how to download the App will be published closer to the Conference.

We suggest comfortable business casual.
