Age Restriction - can I bring my child? ▼
This event is strictly for guests aged 18 and over. Children are not permitted.
Cancellation Policy - I need to cancel my place? ▼
If you need to cancel your place, no worries—just contact us as soon as you can. This helps us offer your spot to someone else, as spaces are limited. Please email conference@woundcarepeople.com to notify us.
Certificate - will I receive an attendance certificate? ▼
You will receive an email on Friday, 19 March, with instructions on how to download your certificate of attendance for professional revalidation. This will reflect whether you attended the whole conference or just one day.
Cloakroom - can I store luggage and coats? ▼
Yes! a staffed complimentary cloakroom will be available near the registration area for you to safely leave your coat and other personal belongings during the conference.
Colleague Referral - I would like to bring a colleague? ▼

Conference App - Will there be a Conference App? ▼
Yes! The app will give you access to all conference information, enable networking with peers, and let you schedule meetings with exhibitors. Download instructions will be shared as the event approaches.
Conference Ticket - do I need one? ▼
Yes! You will receive an email with a QR code about a week or two before the conference. We ask that you bring this code with you either printed or accessible on your mobile device, so we can check you in quickly at registration and give you your badge.
Delegate Badges - will I receive a conference badge? ▼
Yes! You will receive your conference badge when you check in. We ask that you wear your badge at all times, as it will give you access to the main sessions and exhibition hall.
Dress Code - is there a dress code? ▼
We recommend comfortable business casual clothes and shoes - perfect for getting your steps in while exploring our large exhibition hall!
Food and Beverage - are refreshments provided during the conference? ▼
Yes! In addition to free attendance, we offer morning and afternoon refreshment breaks and a packed lunch grab bag. We aim to accommodate most dietary requirements, please let us know about any allergies when you register.
One Day Attendance - can I come for just one day? ▼
Yes! Please indicate your attendance when registering, to help us plan catering. You can update your booking anytime by logging into your Wound Care Today account.
Opening Times - what are the opening times of Wound Care Today? ▼
Wound Care Today is a two-day event, the timings for each day are as follows:
Wednesday 17 March: Doors open at 8:30 am, and the conference closes at 5:30 pm
Thursday 18 March: Doors open at 8:00 am, and the conference closes at 4:00 pm
Skills Zones - Do I need to prebook these sessions? ▼
No booking is required. Seating is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each session runs multiple times daily, giving you plenty of opportunities to join all the sessions you’d like.
