Many prescriptions are now signed and sent electronically instead of the prescriber printing and signing the paper copy. If the GP is using electronic prescription service (EPS), your patient just needs to update their nomination details to JOBST Delivered (Daylong Direct, FJ708) for their compression garment prescriptions. The garment order cannot be processed until JOBST Delivered receive the prescription. JOBST Delivered can help your patient to update their nomination details or they can contact their GP. The patient can amend or cancel their dispenser of choice at any time. Email jobstdelivered@daylongdirect.co.uk with the patient's name and their NHS number.

JOBST Delivered can help your patient to update their nomination details or they can contact their GP directly. The patient can amend or cancel their dispenser of choice at any time. To nominate JOBST Delivered the Dispensing Appliance Contractor is Daylong Direct (FJ708). Send an email to jobstdelivered@daylongdirect.co.uk with the patient's name and NHS number, for their support in managing nomination.
For a patient under the age of 60 a prescription fee is payable or a completed exemption is required* to process the prescription order. Please provide this information either in the comments section of the JOBST Online order or for postal orders, complete the order card and include in the envelope.

Please ensure that for prescription orders (post or online), the patients full details are provided - first name, last name and full address. Please check the spelling of the patient's name is accurate. This information ensures the order can be matched to the prescription and without this information, it may cause a delay in the order being processed.
Note: middle name and title is not required.
Multiple items can be included on the prescription to align to the order. Separate prescriptions are not required for each individual compression garment.
